Life Innovation Institute, Inc. operates vacation rentals (Airbnb and others) along with monthly apartments and detached houses, based in Sapporo and Kitahiroshima, Hokkaido.
Our aim is not simply to offer “a place to sleep.” We want every day you spend in Hokkaido to be a little more comfortable, and a little more memorable.
Whether a short trip or a long stay, we hope you’ll experience Hokkaido as if you lived here — and we prepare each room with that wish in mind.
